We deliver, or you come and collect your bags
Two ways to leave with your pellets. You come to the depot and load the boot yourself, or we drop the pallet at your door. Either way, we tell you the day before you pay.
How far we go
We deliver within a 120 km radius of Hautrage. That covers all of Hainaut, Mons, Charleroi, Tournai, La Louviere, Nivelles, and crosses the border to Valenciennes, Maubeuge and Lille.
Beyond that, we do not say no, we tell you what the extra transport costs and you decide. We would rather have a customer who finds something cheaper nearby than one annoyed by a hefty transport bill.
Hautrage sits right on the E42, exit 25. From Mons, it is a quarter of an hour. From Tournai, half an hour.
How it works

You tell us what you need
By phone or through the form. A number of bags, a pallet, or just 'enough to get through winter': we help you work it out.
- 02
We give you a day and a price
Within 24 hours, a firm price, transport included, and a date. No range that shifts by the time the invoice arrives.
- 03
We unload wherever you want
The truck has a tail lift. We set the pallet down as close as possible, on hard ground: driveway, garage, terrace. Just make sure the trolley can roll.

Keep the wrap on until the last bag
The pallet arrives shrink-wrapped. Keep it wrapped and covered: an open bag that takes on damp swells and falls apart, and at that point it cannot be saved.
Coming to load up yourself
The depot is open to individuals. You come with your boot or your trailer, we load up together, and you pay for what you take away. It is the cheapest option, and also the simplest for two or three bags.
A 5 kg bag fits in a shopping bag. A 15 kg bag fits in a small car's boot. A full pallet needs a trailer, or else we deliver it to you.
Call ahead before coming, even ten minutes before. Pierre is often on site, not always at the desk.
When to order
The right time is before September. Pellet prices rise at the start of the heating season, not in summer: the Walloon non-profit ValBiom, which tracks these prices every month, measured a 7.9% rise between the July 2025 low and November of the same year.
In peak season, the price is not the problem, the lead time is. In November, everyone calls the same week. In August, you choose your day.
