Privacy policy
What we do with your data when you contact us, ask for a price, or join the storage waiting list.
These pages are a complete draft, written from the applicable Belgian legal framework, but not yet reviewed by the company's lawyer. Every point still needing validation is flagged exactly where it arises. None of these pages should remain as is after review, and their final version must be online before the first sale.

Data collected
Name, email, phone number, and depending on the form used: desired volume, postcode, unit size sought, free text message. Nothing more is asked than what is needed to answer you.
Why we collect it
To answer a price request, process a sign up to the storage waiting list, or reply to a message. Legal basis: carrying out a step you initiated yourself, or our legitimate interest in answering you.
Who has access
Pierre Sehailia and, where applicable, the email sending or invoicing tool used for the business. Your data is never sold, lent, or used for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, at any time, by email (see the contact page). You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
Surveillance cameras
If cameras are installed on site, particularly on the storage unit side, they will be registered on declarationcamera.be before being switched on, signposted with a pictogram at the entrance, and a register of image processing will be kept available, in accordance with the Act of 21 March 2007.
