Local authorities and institutions

For a municipality, the problem is never the price

It is the paperwork, the lead time, and the person who does not answer in February. Here is how we work with a public authority, and what we can prove.

The framework, in plain terms

In Belgium, a contracting authority can order directly, on a simple accepted invoice, up to 30,000 euros excluding VAT. Above that, a procedure is required. Most of a school's or a CPAS's needs fall under that threshold, which means a quick, simple order.

In France, for an institution on the other side of the border, the threshold for exemption from procedure is 40,000 euros excluding tax. The principle is the same: below the threshold, an invoice is enough.

These amounts are the ones in force as of 30 July 2026. Your procurement department will check them again, that is its job, and we will supply whatever documents it asks for.

What a public authority asks of us, and what we give

  1. 01

    One single person to call

No platform, no case number. A direct line, and it is Pierre who answers. At seven in the morning in February, that is what matters.

  2. 02

    The lot analysis, in writing

Moisture, ash, mechanical durability, calorific value per kilo, wood origin. The document goes out with the delivery, without being asked for. A clogged communal boiler costs more than a year of fuel.

  3. 03

An invoice that passes the audit

Company number, VAT rate, order reference, signed delivery note. Nothing to send back, nothing to correct.

  4. 04

A price that holds for the season

We lock the price for the announced quantity, for the announced period. A municipal budget cannot be adjusted mid-year, and a supplier who forgets that wastes everyone's time.

  5. 05

    Staggered deliveries

Few schools have room to store a whole winter's worth. We deliver in batches, on the dates you set, at the price agreed at the start.

  6. 06

The origin, if you ask for it

Producer name, town, country, certification. It is written on the report for each lot. An environment department that asks the question gets an answer, not a region.

Who we work with

  • Municipalities and CPAS, for administrative buildings and transit housing
  • Schools and boarding schools, often on a shared boiler
  • Public housing companies, for grouped individual housing
  • Care homes and non-profits, where consistency matters more than price
  • Municipal works departments, for workshops and village halls
