One building, one person, one phone number
Who picks up when you call, where the warehouse is, and why two businesses share one building without ever mixing.
The warehouse covers 1,800 square metres, in Hautrage, within the municipality of Saint-Ghislain. It sits a few minutes from the E42 and the E19, which matters when a lorry has to pull in, turn, and pull out again.
It is split in two. On one side, the pellet stock, the pallets and the loading dock. On the other, the storage units, in an enclosed area with its own entrance. The two never mix, and that is deliberate: nobody wants their sofa back covered in sawdust.
When you call, you reach the person who unloaded the truck. It is the one advantage a small operator will never lose against a big one, and we do not intend to lose it.
Why this business
The pellet market publishes nothing: no prices, no analysis, no precise origin. The Borinage has no modern self-storage, only an old style furniture depository, by appointment and with a two month deposit. Two blind spots, in two different trades, brought together under one roof.

We photograph the work as it happens. It is the only honest way to show a building that is not finished yet.
